Dissenter Jammer

Space is full of dust and rocks that interfere with the SSNs. The Dissenters could trace the network and devised a ship to disrupt matter and power transmission. Unlike other Dissenter ships, the Jammer did not need high speed, the fuel tanks were traded for extended life support and firepower.
