Ghosts were another adaption of FE gift-exports, pressed into service to try and improve the supplies situation. Ship componants were abundant in some areas, but with the loss of the Stepping Stones network to distribute them, they had to be carried on whatever ships were available to the few operating shipyards. Ghosts were fitted with Staghorn long range sensor arrays, in the hope that they might pick up some trace of the Dissenters or their Capital ships.
